This section applies only to entries in the Maintenance category – project must have been maintained by
the entrant for at least 6 months and must be under contract at the time of judging.
NB: This information will be treated as strictly confidential and is to be used solely by the judges in the
evaluation process.
Documents submitted via WeTransfer: individual folders per entry containing the following
information:

- A minimum of 5 full colour, digital images of the completed project.
(Format: jpeg at 300 dpi) (PowerPoint or WORD documents will not be accepted) - Your company logo
- Route map and clear directions (GPS Co-ordinates) to the project.
- Contact details of client and contractor.
- A minimum of 5 full colour, digital images of the completed project.
Do not submit these directions from Google Earth. If the project is in an Estate, the GPS Co-
Ordinates should indicate the entrance gate to the Estate.
Notes:
- Complete one entry form for each project entered. (This applies to “Evaluation only” submissions as well.)
- If one project is entered into two categories, a detailed motivation must be included, and a separate form completed for each category. Payment is to be made for each category entered.
Proof of payment for the applicable entry fee is to accompany this form. You will be asked to upload your proof of payment at the end of the form. - Failure to comply with this or any other requirement will lead to disqualification.
